What is the 2B Mindset?
2B Mindset is a comprehensive nutritional program that teaches you how to have a better relationship with food. It’s freedom from dieting while reaching your goals in the process. It is more like a nutritional COURSE, that is 100% focused on the number one things that people struggle with when it comes to weight loss: Food and Mindset.
Although we say this is not a diet, we don’t want you to think that there’s no structure. There’s no strict meal plan, but it does come with recommended foods that fall within a few different categories like veggies, proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. There is a “plan” to follow as a baseline where you use plate visualization to choose what to put on your plate each meal. As you start the program you will start to learn and experiment with what foods your body loves to lose weight with and what ones your body might not love so much. There’s no one-size-fits-all! This program teaches you what the BEST plan is for your body!

Who created the 2B Mindset?
Ilana Muhlstein is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist — the highest standard in the field of nutrition — and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland. She maintains a successful private practice in Beverly Hills and at UCLA. She’s excited about co-creating the 2B Mindset weight-loss program with Beachbody, which continues her mission to help people lose weight happily — and learn to keep it off.
